Tasting notes

Its robe is pink salmon. It is enlivened by a long persistent effervescence creating a string of fine and delicate bubbles.

 

This wine develops magnificent aromas of concentrated red fruits, wild strawberry, wild raspberry, cherry and red current. Shortly after, a light flower flagrance awakens our senses marked by linden and lilac flowers.

 

On the palate, the presence of red fruit is predominant. A delicate flavour of melon and vine peach are revealed on the palate throughout the tasting. The wonderful complexity of flavours reveals a great wine, perfectly balanced, ample and full of freshness.
